I bought directly from Sonic Plumbers since its cheaper than Amazon (and better to support the manufacturers). At first i was upset to see the packaging it was delivered in – it could be better wrapped and protected, and i was worried. However on the very first inspection I fell in love with the build quality and attention to detail. The cable is flexible and the connectors are rugged metal- there are multiple layers of extra foam inside the connectors to protect the components and circuitry from impacts. The velcro strap for cable management feels premium and is a great touch. Made a regular customer out of me.
